Quite amazing how Mike is able to relate TPM to our own situations.

Remembering of course, that TPM is based on the ‘Ideal’ situation whereby your staff respect the assets and are felt respected by peers and management alike.

Brilliant systems like this are clearly culturally dependent which continues to highlight – Successful Asset management and the subsequent benefits derived is dependant on committed and well respected Leadership.

Dichotomy has no place in Asset Management!
